1. Agreement

These terms govern your access to and use of the website of DueReady Ltd ("DueReady", "we", "us") (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

DueReady Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE.

2. About our services

This Site provides information about DueReady's expert validation services for AI in regulated industries. Any engagement to provide validation or related services is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and using the Site does not create a client relationship.

3. Not professional advice

Content on this Site is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. You should seek advice from a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

4. Validation is not a guarantee of approval

Our services are designed to help teams assess AI products against professional standards and produce supporting evidence. Expert validation does not guarantee that a product will pass regulatory review, be approved by any authority, or be free of error. Responsibility for a product, its compliance, and its deployment remains with the party that builds and operates it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, for example, by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, logos, and graphics, are owned by DueReady Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, republish, or exploit it commercially without our permission.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DueReady will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different mandatory law applies to you.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
